Ensuring Workplace Compliance
Being responsible for your company's compliance means dealing
with a staggering array of federal, state, and local government
regulations. To compound the issue, these regulations are
frequently interrelated and subject to change by governing
bodies and by case law.
The Employment and Labor Law Audit (ELLA) is an important way
for employers to measure the effectiveness of their compliance
efforts. The audit covers all personnel policies and practices,
and the results are reported only to management. Your
organization can then take appropriate, corrective action where
necessary, to reduce the likelihood of government intervention
later.
This workshop provides information to ensure that your
organization complies with major components of employment and
labor law. It also provides tools and training to conduct your
own employment and labor law audit.
This workshop includes a copy of the latest version of Employment-Labor
Law Audit by Ronald L. Adler and Francis T. Coleman, Esq.
